Everything your handover needs in one package, handled in-house by our team: we attend the handover on your behalf, arrange your notarized Power of Attorney, register your utilities and manage defect rectification with the developer through the Defect Liability Period. Refundable deposits and authority fees are pass-through at cost and paid by you (DEWA approx. AED 2,155 for apartments).
