Our owners are international and rarely on the ground in Dubai. Somebody has to stand in the unit, and that is this seat.

Snagging and defect follow up, move ins and move outs, provider supervision, condition reports and the handover of a unit that is actually ready. Every step documented in the platform, so the owner sees it without having to ask.

This is a seat we are always hiring for as the managed portfolio grows, so a strong application is worth sending even when nothing is posted.

Cosa farà

  • Inspect and document: snagging lists, defect reports and condition records with photos that hold up later.
  • Supervise the providers who do the work, and check the result before it is signed off.
  • Run move ins and move outs including deposits, keys, utilities and the paperwork behind them.
  • Close things without being chased: the measure of this seat is how little follow up it needs.
  • Keep every record in the platform, not in a notebook and not in WhatsApp.

Il Suo profilo

  • Hands on Dubai property experience: you have inspected units and handled defects here and can prove it.
  • Thorough with documentation. A defect that was not photographed did not happen.
  • Comfortable dealing with contractors, building management and tenants in the same afternoon.
  • Fluent English. A driving licence is a strong plus given the travel between units.
Cosa riceve

A stable salaried seat with a bonus tied to how the portfolio is actually kept.

AED 7,000 + performance bonus
  • Base salary: AED 7,000 per month, paid via WPS.
  • Performance bonus: monthly, on agreed thresholds for cases closed on time, re-inspections avoided and owner feedback. Thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Illustrative only: the bonus rewards units that stay closed rather than units that get reopened. Your number is confirmed in writing at offer stage.
