Single vs. multiple owners · which do I need?

If the property has one owner on the title, the single-owner POA (AED 4,000) is right. Joint ownership needs the multiple-owner version (AED 6,500; each additional owner AED 1,000, billed separately).

Do I need to come to Dubai?

Usually not · that's the point. Where the developer requires it, a notarized video call replaces your physical presence.
