PropertySuite is a live platform with a product worth showing and no channel of its own yet. This seat builds it: investor education, product walkthroughs, owner stories and market data, with a face the audience gets to know.

The creator works freely inside written guardrails, the founders appear alongside, and every enquiry runs through the CRM to our sales seats and agents. The upside is tied to exactly that: leads, buyers and reach.

The channels start from zero. That is the point of the seat and the reason the milestones below mean something: you are not inheriting an audience, you are building one.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Own the PropertySuite channels end to end: ideas, scripts, on camera, shooting, editing, posting and analysis.
  • Explain the product and the market to people who are buying from abroad and have never set foot in the building.
  • Turn attention into enquiries: every lead lands in the CRM with a source, so what you built is visible.
  • Work inside the guardrails: no income promises, no client data, property advertising only with a permit, founder sign off on product claims. Inside that, you decide.

Qui vous êtes

  • Comfortable on camera and able to carry a channel personally.
  • Writes and edits to a publishable result without a production team behind them.
  • Curious about property, finance and how a platform actually works. You will be explaining it, so you have to understand it.
  • Fluent English. Dubai based.
Ce que vous obtenez

Base plus the three things the channel is supposed to produce.

AED 6,000 + lead, buyer and reach bonuses
  • Base salary: AED 6,000 per month, paid via WPS.
  • Qualified lead bonus: AED 100 per qualified lead attributed to the channel.
  • Buyer bonus: AED 3,000 for every buyer who closes and came through the channel.
  • Reach milestones: bonuses as the channels reach agreed follower and engagement milestones, paid in months where the engagement threshold holds. Thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Illustrative only: the buyer bonus is the part with the real ceiling, and it pays on closings the channel originated. Your number is confirmed in writing at offer stage.
