This seat owns how people find us. Ads, email, LinkedIn, landing pages and tracking across every suite, for owners, tenants, service partners and agents.
We are not looking for someone who briefs an agency and reports on impressions. We are looking for someone who uses AI the way a whole team used to work: build the campaign, write the variants, cut the creative, read the data, change it the same day.
You choose your package before you start. A higher base with a smaller share, or a lean base with the full upside on what you bring in. Either way you commit to a number and we hold you to it, which is also why the upside is real.
Ce que vous ferez
- Own paid acquisition: campaigns, budgets, creative, landing pages and the tracking behind them.
- Own organic and outreach: email sequences, LinkedIn, SEO content and whatever else earns attention without paying for it.
- Build with AI, not around it: copy, creative variants, audience research and reporting run through the tools, so a one person team ships like five.
- Close the loop to revenue: every campaign ties to qualified consultations and bookings in the CRM, not to impressions.
- Hold your committed number per month and report it yourself, before anyone asks.
Qui vous êtes
- Proven performance marketing: you have run budgets and can show what they returned.
- Genuinely AI-native: you already work this way and can show what you built with it.
- Comfortable with attribution, tracking and the honest version of what a channel actually produced.
- Self-directed. Nobody here will hand you a campaign calendar.
- Fluent English. Dubai based.
You pick the package before you start. Both are paid via WPS.
- Package A: AED 4,000 base, with the full revenue share below.
- Package B: AED 6,000 base, with half the revenue share.
- Revenue share: from month four, once the committed number has been met for three consecutive months, a share of the net margin on every service booking attributed to your campaigns. Net margin means price minus partner cost, government and payment fees and paid referrals.
- Budget authority within an agreed monthly cap, so you can act without waiting for a sign off on every test.
Sponsoring visa
