is different.
This seat sits with Real Estate Blondies (Blonds Real Estate LLC), the licensed Dubai brokerage behind the PropertySuite platform, and it owns the longform output. The YouTube channel is being built from a standing start, which is the opportunity: the shares below scale with an asset you built yourself.
One video published a week, four to five a month: a villa or apartment tour, a teaser, and shorts cut from the longform for every channel. Thumbnails, titles and packaging are part of the job, because packaging is half the click.
One structural reality, said upfront: until our own listings grow, shoots depend on access through partner agents. Winning that access is the Social Media Manager's job, not this one, so you are not the person writing to agents. What does land here is the consequence: appointments get cancelled at short notice and units sell before the shoot. The right person rolls with that and keeps shooting.
We are equally straight about the load. Four to five videos a month is not a full time job and AED 6,000 is not a full time salary, so other clients alongside are fine at the start.
What you will do
- Shoot on location and publish one video a week (four to five a month): the longform, a teaser and the shortform cuts.
- Create thumbnails and packaging built to be clicked.
- Produce ad films when we run paid campaigns. These are separate from the four to five monthly videos and do not count towards them. As a guide, around one a month, agreed before it is shot.
- Shoot stills: team, services and events.
- Turn up and shoot when the access is there, and re-plan fast when it falls through.
Who you are
- Strong longform portfolio, ideally property or lifestyle.
- Shoots and edits to a finished result without a crew.
- Brings their own professional kit: camera, lenses, audio and edit setup.
- Dubai based and flexible when schedules move.
- Wants to build a channel, not only to invoice deliverables.
A base for the published output, plus a share of everything the videos produce.
- Base: AED 6,000 per month, for one video published per week (four to five a month).
- Sales share: 10% of the total agency commission on every unit sold that you shot. On an AED 80,000 commission that is AED 8,000 to you.
- Paid shoots: 10% of the price when a client or partner pays for the shoot. The other 10% goes to whoever organised it, because selling and arranging a shoot is work of its own.
- AdSense share: 30% of the channel's AdSense income.
- Reach milestones: bonuses on agreed subscriber and follower milestones, confirmed in writing at offer stage.
- Ad spend share: 5% of the media spend on commercial films you produced that we actually run as ads.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- The channel is the growth path. Your shares scale with an asset you built and with every unit sold through your videos.
