Why this seat
is different.
This is an in house seat with Real Estate Blondies (Blonds Real Estate LLC), the licensed Dubai brokerage behind the PropertySuite platform. Shortform is where the brand gets found, and the account already has a real history of reach to build on.
It is not an agency mandate on a monthly package. One person owns the channel: the idea, the shoot, the edit, the post and the number it produced.
The seat refinances itself. On top of the base you keep 20% of every collaboration you source yourself and 10% of the ones that come to us as an inbound enquiry, with collabs fully yours from pitch to delivery. Floor is four a month. There is no ceiling.
What you will do
- Own shortform end to end: ideas, scripts, trend research, shooting, editing, posting and the analysis afterwards.
- Publish daily: at least one post a day, around 30 a month, cross posted across every channel including LinkedIn.
- Acquire and coordinate collabs with developers and partners. Fully your area and the core of your upside.
- Win the shoot access: the properties, the partner agents, the scheduling. This sits with this seat, not with the videographer and not with the founders.
- Shoot your own shortform on location: while the longform is being filmed, you produce additional reels in the same property.
- Move the agreed metrics: engagement, reach, leads and closings attributed to social.
Who you are
- Proven shortform track record with results you can show.
- Edits independently to a publishable standard. No crew, no agency.
- Business minded: a collab is a commercial deal and you close it yourself.
- Fluent English. Dubai based. Real estate or luxury lifestyle experience a plus.
Base plus the collabs you bring in, plus bonuses on the numbers you move.
- Base salary: AED 6,000 per month, paid via WPS, with visa sponsorship.
- Collab share: 20% of every collaboration you source yourself, 10% when the enquiry came to us. Uncapped.
- Paid shoots: 10% of the price on paid longform shoots you organise. The other 10% goes to the videographer who shoots it.
- Reach and engagement milestones: monthly bonuses tied to agreed reach and engagement thresholds, measured on the median post so one outlier does not buy the bonus. Thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
- Business bonus: paid per batch of qualified leads from social and per closing attributed to it. LinkedIn counts: leads from the presence you build there are treated like the rest.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- Performance track: a base review once the agreed metrics hold, and a bigger collab book.
- Leadership track: Head of Content once the collab pipeline funds a second creator or an editor under you.
