Most rental agents in Dubai start cold: no listings, no pipeline, chasing portals for scraps. You would not.
PropertySuite already manages a growing portfolio of owned and managed Dubai properties whose landlords are our clients. Those units need tenants, renewals need closing, and new landlords keep coming through our Owner Portal. You walk into warm inventory from day one and get paid to turn it over fast, while building your own book of landlords on top.
This is a pure-performance seat for someone who wants uncapped earnings, not a salary ceiling. If you can lease and you can win landlords, there is no lid on what you make.
What you will do
- Lease the managed portfolio: match qualified tenants to our managed units, run viewings, negotiate terms, and close tenancy contracts (Ejari-ready).
- Own renewals: keep occupancy high by closing renewals early and reducing void periods for our landlords.
- Win new landlords: actively acquire new leasing and managed listings, bringing owners into our portfolio. This is where your self-generated upside lives.
- Run a clean pipeline: keep CRM records, follow-ups and tenant and landlord communication tight and on time.
- Coordinate move-in, move-out and handover with the Client Coordinator so the tenant experience stays premium.
- Represent the brand: every landlord and tenant interaction reflects a company that positions itself above the usual Dubai brokerage.
Who you are
- RERA-certified (or ready to certify immediately) and legally able to broker rentals in Dubai.
- Proven leasing or real-estate sales track record in Dubai, with a feel for the rental market and neighbourhoods.
- A closer: comfortable negotiating, handling objections, and moving fast without dropping service quality.
- Self-driven and remote-capable, but happy in a Business Bay team when it counts.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus given our international owner base.
- Organized with CRM and follow-up; you do not let leads go cold.
You are paid for output, and the inventory is warm.
- Rental commission split by lead source: self-generated landlord or tenant 70% · company-warm (managed portfolio, inbound, Owner Portal) 50% · new paid leads 35% for the first 3 months, then 50%.
- Landlord-acquisition upside: signing a new managed or leasing listing counts as self-generated, so you earn the top split on everything that unit produces.
- Service commission on top: any add-on service your landlords or tenants book (move-in, move-out, utility registration, POA, property management) pays a fixed AED amount, for as long as you are active.
- Payout rule: commission is paid after the funds are received, on the 1st of the following month. Nothing on cancelled deals.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- Performance track: higher commission tiers as your volume grows.
- Leadership track: qualify on your own numbers and you can build and train your own leasing team, earning an override on their volume. Team Lead first, then Rentals Manager.
