If you are an experienced off-plan or secondary agent in Dubai, apply here. We review your profile and, where it fits, introduce you to partner agencies in our network that are hiring. You keep dealing with a licensed brokerage; we just help good agents and good agencies find each other, and you get access to the PropertySuite platform and marketplace on top.
We only forward agents with real Dubai experience, so partners take these introductions seriously. Minimum one year of Dubai market experience.
What you will do
- Sell off-plan or secondary: keep doing what you do best at a licensed partner brokerage, matched to your experience and market.
- Get platform access: use the PropertySuite platform and service marketplace to serve your clients better.
- Refer services, earn commission: book platform services for your clients through the marketplace and earn referral commission on top of your brokerage income.
- Stay independent: you work with the partner agency; PropertySuite is the platform underneath, not your employer.
Who you are
- Minimum one year in Dubai: real, verifiable Dubai off-plan or secondary experience. This is a hard requirement.
- RERA-licensed or ready to be: you can legally broker in Dubai through a licensed agency.
- A track record you can show, and clients or a pipeline you can bring.
- Fluent English; additional languages a strong plus in Dubai’s international market.
- Professional, self-driven, and comfortable with a modern platform and CRM.
Your brokerage income is set by the partner you join, with platform upside on top.
- Brokerage commission: your commission is agreed directly with the verified partner agency you are introduced to, not with PropertySuite.
- Platform referral commission: on top, earn referral commission on any PropertySuite services your clients book through the marketplace.
- No platform fee to start: joining the platform as an agent starts on the free tier.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
