Most sales seats in Dubai real estate hand you a phone and a cold list. This one hands you a database of investors who already bought.
We have a growing base of international investors who have purchased Dubai property through us. They still need Golden Visas, non-resident bank accounts, property management, snagging, handovers. Your job is not to hunt strangers, it is to call warm relationships, run a proper needs analysis, and book the services they already need. You get a base salary so you are not living deal-to-deal, plus uncapped commission on every service you book and a AED 3,000 bonus every time you spot a buyer and hand a property deal to our specialist.
No RERA license needed. You do not broker property, so there is no licensing barrier and no waiting to start earning. If you can build rapport and book services at volume, there is no lid on the commission side.
What you will do
- Work the warm database: outbound contact to our existing investor lists, qualifying and activating investors onto the platform.
- Run a real needs analysis: with each investor (situation, goals, gaps), using the platform Onboarding and Service-Check as your guiding script.
- Sell and book services: bundles and individual services within scope (Golden Visa, property management, snagging, handover, banking, and more from the service menu).
- Spot property intent and hand it off: when an investor wants to buy, you pass the transaction to the Property Specialist and earn an origination bonus when it closes. You do not close property yourself.
- Run a clean pipeline: keep CRM records, follow-ups and investor communication tight and on time.
- Represent the brand: every investor interaction reflects a company that positions itself above the usual Dubai brokerage.
Who you are
- A strong communicator and closer, comfortable on the phone with international, high-net-worth investors.
- Consultative, not pushy: you diagnose needs and match services, you do not just pitch.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus given our global investor base.
- Organized with CRM and follow-up; you do not let a warm lead go cold.
- Self-driven and remote-capable, but happy in a Business Bay team when it counts.
- No RERA license required. Real estate, financial services, or consultative sales experience is a plus, not a must.
A base salary so you are stable, plus uncapped upside on what you book.
- Base salary: AED 4,000 per month (may flex up to AED 5,000 for the right profile), paid via WPS. Deliberately lean so that closing is where you win.
- Service commission: a fixed AED amount per booked service. Examples: Golden Visa AED 1,700, non-resident bank account AED 800, defect resolution AED 500, handover AED 250. Paid on every service booked by investors attributed to you, for as long as you are actively employed.
- Origination bonus: AED 3,000 for each property purchase you hand off that the Property Specialist subsequently closes.
- Payout rule: commission and bonuses are paid after the funds are received, on the 1st of the following month. Nothing on cancelled or refunded deals.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- Performance track: higher commission tiers as your volume grows.
- Leadership track: qualify on your own numbers and you can build and train your own acquisition team, earning an override on their volume. Team Lead first, then Sales Manager.
