When an investor books a Golden Visa, a handover, a snagging inspection, property management or a move-out, you are the person who makes it happen: you coordinate the providers, chase the quotes, schedule the work, check the quality and keep the client informed the whole way. Our owners are international and rarely on the ground in Dubai, so a coordinator they can trust is the difference between a one-time client and a client for life.
This is a stable, salaried role with a strong base and clean bonuses, not a commission gamble, for someone who takes pride in things being handled properly.
What you will do
- Own each booked service from request to delivery: coordinate providers, obtain quotes, schedule, and follow up until it is done.
- Run handover and snagging cases: supervise third-party companies, validate their reports, carry out on-site re-inspections, and approve or reject completion.
- Handle property insurance: setup, renewals and claims liaison.
- Manage tenant move-outs: inspections, documentation and deposit coordination.
- Keep clients informed: proactive status updates, quality control, and accurate CRM records throughout.
- No outbound sales and no acquisition target. This is a fulfillment role. You are the central point of contact between client and provider, and every touch reflects a premium company.
Who you are
- Highly organized and reliable: you track many moving cases at once and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Calm and clear with clients, firm and precise with providers.
- Comfortable on-site: you will do property visits, inspections and re-inspections, not just desk work.
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus given our international owner base.
- Detail-driven on documentation, quality and deadlines; you close the loop every time.
- Coordination, operations, property management or client-service experience is a strong plus.
A stable base with clean, transparent bonuses on the work you deliver.
- Base salary: AED 7,000 per month, paid on the 1st of the following month via WPS.
- Rental incentive: AED 750 per successfully closed rental transaction you directly coordinate.
- Case bonus: AED 300 per completed handover or snagging case.
- Quality / CSAT bonus: paid on meeting client-satisfaction and on-time SLA thresholds with low rework and no escalations.
- Payout rule: incentives are paid on completed cases; commission-type payouts follow the funds-received rule (1st of the following month).
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- First in line to lead: as service volume grows, coordination is planned to split into Rentals Coordinator and Property Management Coordinator. A strong performer here is first in line to lead one of those functions, with enhanced incentives.
- Formal review: a performance and salary review after probation.
