This is a channel role with a compounding payout. You recruit agents onto our platform, and every agent you bring keeps paying you for a full year.
PropertySuite is opening its platform to external Dubai agents: free and premium tiers, real CRM, real commission splits, no office overhead for them. Your job is to go find those agents (LinkedIn, agent communities, direct outreach), onboard them, and get them producing. You are paid a base to keep you steady, a bonus the moment each agent generates real revenue, and then 5% of everything that agent earns us for the next 12 months. Recruit steadily and you are not starting from zero each month, you are stacking a book of agents that pays you while you sign the next one.
No RERA license needed. This is recruitment and partnerships, not brokerage. If you are good at finding people, building trust and getting them off the fence, this rewards it directly.
What you will do
- Recruit external agents: source and reach out to Dubai real estate agents via LinkedIn, agent communities and direct outreach.
- Onboard them properly: get agents onto the Free or Premium tier, explain the commission model and the deal-registration rules clearly.
- Drive activation, not just signups: push each recruited agent to their first real revenue event (Premium subscription or first closed deal or paid service), then to ongoing production.
- Run a clean pipeline: maintain CRM records and follow-up so no interested agent slips away.
- Represent the brand: every agent conversation reflects a platform that positions itself above the usual Dubai brokerage.
Who you are
- A natural networker and recruiter: you find people, build rapport fast, and get them to commit.
- Comfortable explaining a commission model and a platform value proposition clearly and honestly.
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus given Dubai’s international agent pool.
- Organized with CRM and follow-up; you work a pipeline, not just your inbox.
- Self-driven and remote-capable, but happy in a Business Bay team when it counts.
- No RERA license required. Recruitment, partnerships, community-building or sales experience is a plus.
A base salary plus a compounding override on the network you build.
- Base salary: AED 4,000 per month, paid via WPS.
- Activation bonus: AED 500 to 1,000 per recruited agent, paid on that agent’s first revenue event, defined as subscribing to Premium (AED 990/month) or closing a first deal or paid service. A mere signup does not qualify.
- Ongoing override: 5% for 12 months of our net revenue from each agent you recruit (membership fees, our commission share, service margins). This is 5% of our net, never the agent’s gross.
- Payout rule: bonuses and override are paid after the funds are received, on the 1st of the following month. Nothing on cancelled or refunded amounts.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
Growth path
- Performance track: higher tiers and perks as your recruited base and its production grow.
- Leadership track: qualify on your own numbers and you can build and train your own acquisition team, earning an override on their volume. Team Lead first, then Sales Manager.
